First method:

1. At the very beginning use the Power key to switch off the device.
2. In the next step hold down Volume Down + Volume Up + Power button for about 10 seconds.
3. You can release held keys as soon as you see the Android Image on the screen.
4. To enter the Recovery Mode hold down the Volume Down + Power key for a short while.
5. From the menu choose "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" by using Volume buttons to scroll and Power button to select options.
6. Tap "yes" to confirm the operation if you are certain you want to clear all your data.
7. Use the Power button to accept option "reboot system now".
8. Finish

Second method:

1. If the dispaly is off, hold down the Power button for a short moment.
2. Go to the Menu, then find and select Settings.
3. After that choose Backup & Reset and tap Factory data reset.
4. In the next steo choose Reset device.
5. Select Erase everything to confirm the whole operation.
